Our product inventory is quite extensive and it will take some time to prepare and upload all of the needed information to the website.  Nevertheless, products are being added on a daily basis as we strive to incorporate the website as an integral part of our business model.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, and Diners Club International.  We also accept credit card payments via PayPal.  Please make checks and money orders payable to Argonaut and mail them to PO Box 3066, Huntington, WV  25702.

We also accept school Purchase Orders and we are Kentucky Bid List approved.  VIN #3662  KEDC-GRREC-NKCES-SESC.

Are there any sales taxes?

A 6% sales tax will be added to orders from residents of West Virginia.

Why is the cost for shipping not shown on the website?

Presently it is not feasible to obtain exact weights and dimensions for all of the items in our database.  As a result, we have no way to configure the website to calculate shipping charges.  However, our intentions are to change this at some point in the future.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Most orders should arrive within 5 business days.  However, some items carried by our suppliers are not available for quick shipments.  In these rare cases, you will be informed of this when you call to obtain shipping prices.

In addition to the manufacturer's warranty, if you are not happy with an item for any reason we will take it back and issue a full refund.
